  3. Paul, have you ever read Loren Eiseley’s work? Naturalist, poet. HIs book THE IMMENSE JOURNEY has an amazing reflection on winter as the best time to study life and living things. Better then Spring or Summer! Seems like a great partner to accompany a photojournalist whose primary focus is nature.

  5. Beautiful! But I wouldn’t call it conventional. Shooting from behind the flower lends a wonderfully different perspective that makes the photo so much stronger. I love the rusty tones that you have brought to life.
