328: Getting to the bottom of chicory

It’s just the innards of a weed that grows along every roadside around here all summer long. Why lavish such attention on it?

  2. The flower is purple, so that is a definite plus in book, I also really like the inside of the flower, very elegant.

    • Thanks, Leanne. I like chicory so much–it seems simple, but it’s got it going on. I hadn’t looked closely at the inside before.
